Q. Where are your Modern Mid-century Bedroom sets Manufactured?

Trendy Furniture custom furniture shop is located in High River. Alberta. Canada. Our bedroom sets are handcrafted by seasoned and highly experienced craftsmen in the industry. Many of them have been with Trendy Woodcraft since the beginning.

Q. Are finish colors shown in your photos accurate?

All photos on our website are taken by professional photographers under lighting conditions that are typical in a residential home. We make the best effort to accurately show the finish color and texture as best we can. How these photos display on any individual monitor can vary 10-20% based on the different settings. We encourage you to order our FREE* wood blog color samples to take guess work out of the color selection.

Q. Does your furniture contain Particle board or MDF press board

No, we don’t use any Particle board or MDF press board in our furniture. Our furniture cases are made of Solid White Oak and White Oak plywood.

Q. Do you offer Warranty?

Yes, Trendy Woodcraft backs all our bedroom furniture with a 3 – Year warranty. Please visit warranty page here

Q. Is it safe to place an order on your site?

Yes, submitting your credit information to the Trendy Woodcraft site is absolutely safe. We use the largest online payment provider for all transactions. Your credit card information is transferred using the same 256-bit encryption and physical security that banks use

Q. How long will I have to wait until my order is ready?

Our standard maximum lead time is 6-8 weeks from the date of the order. Each individual piece is custom made to order.

Q. What types of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards Visa, Master-card and American Express.

Q. Do you charge sales tax?

We collect sales tax required by law. Any applicable taxes will be clearly shown at checkout.

Q. Can I track my shipment?

Yes. Once your order is shipped we will provide you with a tracking number

Q. Will I get a call when the furniture is going to be delivered?

After your shipment has reached the local terminal closest to your location the carrier will contact you directly to organize the delivery.

Q. What happens if I miss my delivery appointment?

In the event that you miss your delivery appointment our local delivery partner will be in touch to schedule a new time slot. Please note that some of our delivery partners may charge a re-delivery fee.
