At Trendy Woodcraft, we pride ourselves on delivery service that’s fast, affordable, and communicative. With updated COVID-19 measures in place, we are still delivering across Canada. We have taken the following steps for “Touchless” delivery, to ensure the health and safety of our customers, our team, and the community:

COVID questionnaire at delivery schedule call. Delivery team is masked at all times and are equipped with gloves and hand sanitizer in vehicles. White Glove service delivery team may ask the customer to leave the room to avoid prolonged exposure. No signature is required from client if they so wish.

Our Delivery Service is more than just the safe transportation of your purchase – it's a commitment to your satisfaction. We offer 3 types of delivery options to your convenience. Please note that deliveries are made Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Delivery rates apply to our standard service areas, for details see Shipping conditions below. If your postal code is outside our standard delivery area we will contact you within 2 business days after receiving your order to confirm the shipping rate.


Our Cross-Canada deliveries continue to increase as more customers want to stay away from throwaway landfill quality, mass produced furniture. They want to invest in furniture that is built to last the test of time. Our delivery service gives you an option to choose from three different service levels: Threshold, White Glove Basic and White Glove Assembly. In Canada, we have trucks shipping coast to coast to all the major centers such as: Vancouver/Victoria, Calgary, Edmonton, Saskatoon, Regina, Winnipeg, Thunder-Bay, Sudbury, Toronto, Hamilton, Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec City and Newfoundland.

Threshold delivery (with appointment) $ 199.00

Includes unlimited number of items on your order.

Our delivery company will contact you to schedule your delivery date. You will receive a call 24 to 48 hours before your delivery to confirm the time window on the day of delivery. Our delivery service ensures quality service via local carrier by delivering your order to the address of your choice, at entrance of your residence. The product is left in its original packaging.

White Glove Basic delivery (with appointment) $ 295.00

Includes unlimited number of items on your order.

White Glove Basic service includes inside delivery to the room of choice, up to 2 flights of stairs, unpacking and removal of packaging materials. Our delivery company will contact you to schedule your delivery date. You will receive a call 24 to 48 hours before your delivery to confirm the time window on the day of delivery.

White Glove Assembly (with appointment) $ 395.00

Includes unlimited number of items on your order.

White Glove Assembly service includes inside delivery to the room of choice, up to 2 flights of stairs, unpacking, light assembly and removal of packaging materials. Our delivery company will contact you to schedule your delivery date. You will receive a call 24 to 48 hours before your delivery to confirm the time window on the day of delivery.

Important, On the day of delivery:

Make sure that the path to your home entry is clear and notify staff if obstructions occur. In case of snow, be sure to clear the path and make sure it is not slippery. Remove bulky or fragile items that could be damaged, and decorative carpets. Finally, lead the staff when they arrive and tell them where they need to position your new furniture.


Shipping Conditions

When your furniture is ready, our goal is to deliver your order as soon as possible. Once your order has been set up for shipment we cannot accept any changes to the delivery type. Shipping charges are non-refundable once your order has left our shop, including damaged or defective shipments. Any additional charges accrued with the delivery company will be transferred to the customer. These include, but are not limited to, isolated postal codes (e.g. back road, islands etc.), missed attempted delivery charges, storage fees, additional delivery services and other potential charges associated with the order.

Once your order is shipped we will provide you with a tracking number. Please note that it is your responsibility to follow up and keep track of your order from shipment to delivery. After your shipment has reached the local terminal closest to your location the carrier will contact you directly to organize the delivery. Upon delivery, please be available to accept the shipment during a scheduled delivery time window period.
